  • The Summer Package includes a 20x20 High Peak Tent, six 8-foot long tables or five 60-inch round tables, 40 chocolate brown chairs, a large evaporative cooler, and free setup.

  • Free setup includes the tent, tables, and chairs. If setup is on a surface where we can't stake down the tent, additional fees may apply.

  • We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your event date.

  • Delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please contact us at (817) 793-5910 for a delivery quote specific to your event location. If booking online, when you place your order it will go under review. Once reviewed we send you back a contract & link for deposit. The delivery will be added at that time.

  • The Summer Package is a set bundle designed for convenience and savings. If you need additional items or customizations, please contact us to discuss your specific needs. You can add additional items to your order if you need more than what's included in the package.

  • The 20% Deposit is Non-Refundable. If the event is cancel less than a week out, 50% of the order will be charged. If the event is cancelled the day before delivery, 70% of the order will be charged.

  • We understand that weather can be unpredictable. We will work with you to reschedule your event if necessary, subject to availability.

  • Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. If you are booking online, once you place your order it will go under review. Once it has been reviewed you will receive a email with a contract and link to make that deposit.
